Down in the United States Tornado Alley in Oklahoma is into it's season. No major Tornados have hit since Moore Oklahamo got destroyed. The season is starting to look dry down there in some spots again.The farther south you the dryier it is but the good thing is that they are getting some rain. As you come North you just get into wetter and wetter country. On the CMT Awwards on June 6th Carrie Underwood sung a song for the peole in that horrible tornado because see is from Oklahoma. It was a good performance and she donated $1million to the rescue and clean up team. That was really nice of her.

Swift Current Frontier Days
At Frontier days it is big into 4-H. They have beef and lighthorse there. Our 4-H club is taking cattle up to it and putting them through the show and into the sale. To bring cattle they have to be halter broke and you have to be able to put a neck tie on them. With the horses they just have to be broke to ride. They split everybody into groups classified under the breed of the animal. The final round is of whoever went on and its all the breds classed together to find the best. The prizes if you win can be huge. They have money prizes and ribbons and trophies. Each 4-H group picks a group of five cattle from there club and has them as there top five and see if they can win anythinb that way. With lighthorse you just go into shows, you don't have to sell your horse.

Today on May 30th it is very overcasty. There is a system working it ways up from the United States and is going to hit us. It is suppose to bring lots of rain and thunderstroms. For the past few weeks it has been raining in Saskatchewan. Before the rain came it was hot and starting to get very dry.

Swift Current Frontier Days
This is the 75th year that Swift Current is having there Frontier days. They have lots of interesting things going on. As I blog I will explain a part of it every time I blog. This year they have three concerts. On the first night which is June the 27th The Florida Georgia Line band plays a 8:00pm. On June 29th also a 8:00pm High Valley and Paul Brandt perform. On June 30th The Trews perform at 8:00pm. It cost $30.00 to get in the Florida Georgia Line concert, $50.00 to get into the High Valley and Paul Brandt concert, and it cost $35.00 to get into The Trews and plus gate admission for each concert. You could pay $99.00 and get in for the 3 concerts the rodeo plus the gate admission. The Florida Georgia Line band plays the song that most of you know "Cruze". High Valley has the song "Love You For A Long Time". Paul Brandt has the song "My Heart Has A History". The Trews have a song "Not Ready To Go". The people that they have coming are pretty good. I don't think i have ever heard the The Trews though.

Tornado
On May 21st 2013 a F-4 tornado hit Moore Oklahoma and did a large amount of damage. It levelled a lto of buildings and homes. There are some people hurt and some people no longer with us. It was a terrible thing. It hit a school and killed a bunch of Grades Three's and some just can't be found. The winds during this storm were up to 300 klm/hr. The stuff flying in the air we of been the deadly stuff. If that hit you it would kill you. The tornado went righ through the city and hit a horse farm outside of it and killed many horses and lots have just disapered. Just imagine some day your up in space and you see a dead horse floating around. I think this is a terrible thing and know they are getting hit by lots of rain.
